We deliver free of charge.

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

• We ship the parcel within 1 to 3 working days.
• Delivery then takes 5 to 15 working days depending on your location (allow 1 month for overseas territories). You can track your parcel on your national post office website (e.g. La Poste for France).
• Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. If you are not home, the parcel will be left in your letterbox or you will have to collect it from your local post office.
• Once the parcel has been dispatched, only the Post Office is responsible for it.
