Our policy is valid for 30 days.
After this period from receipt of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, an immediate refund can be issued.
Orders are processed only after a 24-hour delay to allow for any modifications.
Once processing has begun, no refund can be issued until the item has been delivered, received, and then returned to the provided address.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unused and in the same condition as when received
- be returned in its original packaging
- be returned at your expense to the address we provide you
The following items cannot be returned:
- intimate or hygiene products
- gift cards
2. Return Verification and Proof
We verify that the return corresponds to your order using your order number or email address.
You can prove your return in two ways:
- the package is received at the address we provided you (and not the manufacturer's)
- you provide us with proof of shipment (photo of the slip, postal receipt, etc.)
In some cases, we may require physical receipt of the product before issuing a refund.
If in doubt, the product will be inspected.
If it is deemed non-compliant, the refund will be refused and evidence (photos/videos) will be provided.
These measures have been put in place following observed abuses.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that every request is handled with seriousness.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of our decision.
If your request is approved, the refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method.

Items purchased on sale are refunded based on the price paid, not the original price.
4. Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items.

5. Gifts
If the item was shipped directly as a gift, you will receive a credit of equivalent value once the return is received.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver received the order, the refund will be issued to them, and they will be informed of the return.
6. Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping fees are your responsibility and are not refundable.
If a refund is granted, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
