ARTICLE 2: ORDERS

Automatic registration systems are considered proof of the nature and content of the order.

Miss Meline confirms the acceptance of the order to the customer via the provided email address.

The sale is considered concluded on the date of payment validation by Miss Meline, namely:

  • the date of payment validation for online credit card transactions
  • or the date of receipt of payment for check payments

Miss Meline reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.


ARTICLE 3: PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Our offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website.

Product availability depends on Miss Meline's stock and, where applicable, that of our suppliers.

To create our catalog, we use databases enriched with information provided by our suppliers.
Given the large number of references, not all products are stocked in our warehouses.

Our offers are therefore conditional on availability from our suppliers.

Only permanently unavailable products are withdrawn from sale.
In other cases, a new order remains possible after a certain period.

In the event of unavailability of an ordered product, the customer will be informed by email or on the invoice if the order contains several items.

Delivery times

ARTICLE 4: PRICES

They include the price of the products as well as handling, packaging, and storage costs.

Prices may be modified at any time, but products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

All orders are invoiced and payable in euros.

Any customs duties or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.


ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs include a contribution to preparation, packaging, and shipping costs.

It is recommended to group all items in a single order.
Two separate orders cannot be grouped, and delivery costs will apply to each of them.


ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT

ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY

The estimated delivery time of 10 to 20 days begins from the date of shipment.

This period, communicated by the carrier, is provided for information purposes only.


ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY – RETURNS – REFUNDS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

are new and guaranteed defect-free.

They comply with traditional trade standards and come from selected suppliers.

In case of defect or non-conformity, the customer has 15 business days from receipt to request an exchange or refund.

If the 15th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day.

The product must be returned:

  • unused
  • complete
  • in its original packaging
  • with all accessories and documents
  • accompanied by the invoice

The customer must provide proof of the defect by email to:

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, Miss Meline will refund the sums paid, excluding return costs.

The refund will be made within 14 business days after receipt of the returned product.

Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.


ARTICLE 9: RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP – TRANSFER OF RISKS

Products remain the property of Miss Meline until full payment.

However, the risks of loss or damage are transferred to the customer upon receipt of the products.


ARTICLE 10: PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Miss Meline is the producer and owner of all or part of the website's databases.

Access to the website implies the customer's recognition of the legally protected nature of the data it contains.

The customer is prohibited from extracting, reusing, storing, reproducing, or exploiting, directly or indirectly, all or a substantial part of the website's content.
