1. General Information
Subject to stock availability, we endeavor to maintain accurate inventory information.
In rare cases, discrepancies may occur and prevent us from processing part of your order at the time of purchase.
If this happens, we will contact you to offer you:
- either to wait for restocking
- or to receive a credit note of equivalent or greater value
2. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items.
They are invoiced at the time of purchase and represent the final delivery cost.

4. Delivery Conditions
International orders are generally delivered within approximately 7 days.
In some cases, delivery may take up to 14 days depending on the shipping method and supplier.
4.1 Processing and delivery times
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days after receipt of payment.
You have 24 hours to modify your delivery address.
Our team works with our logistics partners from Monday to Friday, during business hours, excluding public holidays.
Once the order is placed, the maximum processing time is 3 business days.
During busy periods, delivery can take between 1 and 2 weeks.

We can change the delivery address as long as the order has not been shipped.
4.5 P.O. Box delivery
Miss Meline delivers to P.O. boxes only via postal services.
Express carriers do not support deliveries to P.O. boxes.
4.6 Delivery to military addresses
Deliveries to military addresses are provided via national postal services only.
Express carriers are not available for these addresses.
4.7 Out-of-stock products
In case of out-of-stock, we will contact you to offer you:
- either to wait for restocking
- or to receive a credit note of a higher value

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link allowing you to follow the delivery of your package.
6. Packages damaged during transit

If the postal service confirms that a package has been lost, we will proceed with either:
- a refund
- resending the product
